No. Completion of Hope Prep with a satisfactory performance is required before applying to the Cradle Program. Hope Prep performance allows us to assess NCLEX readiness and allocate sponsorship funds to candidates with a stronger likelihood of success. see criteria here
For easier understanding, once you become a Hope Nurse, your focus becomes training for and passing the NCLEX-RN. After passing, it becomes preparing for your job interviews and once you get a job, the immigration filings begin. Once your immigrant visa is approved, you plan to deploy to the U.S. While this is a simplified explanation of the process, leave the hard part and its intricacies to our consulting team.
Yes! You may apply to the Cradle program up to two times. Repeat applicants will be required to complete two supervised selection/CAT tests after meeting the criteria based on their second Hope Prep performance. Performance from your first application will not be considered, as you will be evaluated against the current applicant pool
For all intents and purposes, you should treat yourself as an international nurse while creating your Hope Account.
You have a huge responsibility for your success, and we do not believe pass rates strongly correlate to your individual success. Nonetheless, our lowest pass rate ever in a single cohort was 88 percent, 100 percent on retake.

Yes, your U.S. employer will include your spouse and children (biological and adopted) under the age of 21 in your case, and they will receive green cards alongside you.

With access to Hope Search via your Hope account, you can seek employment in any of the 50 states amongst over 6,000+ employers.

Cradle funding support continues until you sit for the NCLEX exam. Support includes advising and coverage of NCLEX-related expenses, such as the NCLEX application fee, Board of Nursing application fees, transportation to and from the NCLEX testing center, and extended access to Hope Search.

Cradle funding does not cover personal living expenses, exam retake fees, immigration or visa-related costs, credential evaluation fees, language testing fees, or any expenses incurred after the NCLEX exam has been completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to respect for your examiner's time, you will be barred from applying to Hope in the future if you miss your selection test without notice within a reasonable time frame. Not showing up for your exam without a heads-up deprives another nurse of taking their exam during an application cycle and is very unprofessional.

Yes. A free trial of Scholar Search is available through your Rewards account. After the trial period, continued access is available through a complimentary referral reward.
No. At this time, Cradle funding is limited to nurses only. We currently do not have an established assessment mechanism to evaluate non-nursing professionals. Our Hope Scholar team is actively working to develop an appropriate evaluation framework. You may sign up for our mailing list to receive updates.
