Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
- 4+ years of administrative or customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience in administrative or case management roles, preferably in healthcare, legal, immigration, or education sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and verify complex documentation such as academic transcripts, licenses, and legal/immigration paperwork.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with case management or database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with international candidates and external agencies.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with accuracy and consistency.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and professionalism in working with diverse international populations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data protection, with an understanding of privacy standards applicable to healthcare and immigration records.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process case files for international nurses pursuing U.S. RN licensure, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Verify academic transcripts, professional credentials, and nursing licenses against U.S. regulatory requirements and Board of Nursing standards.
- Track application progress through agencies such as CGFNS, NCLEX, state Boards of Nursing, and U.S. immigration authorities, updating case files accordingly.
- Communicate with nurse candidates to provide guidance on required documents, clarify missing information, and answer process-related questions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sponsorship, legal/immigration partners, exam prep support) to move cases efficiently through each stage.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal, professional, and immigration-related information in compliance with U.S. privacy and data protection standards.
- Prepare reports and case summaries for supervisors and management, highlighting case status, delays, or issues requiring escalation.
- Monitor critical deadlines for exams, applications, and immigration submissions to ensure timely follow-up and prevent delays in nurse deployment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting workflow enhancements.
- Provide a high level of customer service, supporting international nurses with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity throughout the U.S. RN journey.
