About the role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who can effectively translate business goals into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will design user interfaces for web applications, conduct product studies, produce website content, and collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to refine the user journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and consistent visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers from concept to deployment.
- Document design patterns, user journeys, UX decisions, and rationale.
- Work with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Analyze feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve UX.
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Stay current with UI/UX, interaction, and design trends.
Requirements
- Not too reliant on being fed content for the website. Product thinker, not website decorator!
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work (include links to projects, Dribbble/Behance/Figma files).
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, design systems, prototyping).
- Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and human-centered design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, actionable designs.
- Comfortable with rapid feedback loops and iterative design.
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/React concepts).
- Experience designing SaaS or multi-page platforms (not just landing pages).
- Motion/animation micro-interactions.
- Understanding of conversion and product analytics (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel).
